Cancellation Policy

At Pulse Heena, we strive to process and ship your orders as quickly as possible.

Order Cancellation

  • Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order or before they are shipped, whichever comes first.
  • Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.

Cancellation Process

To request a cancellation, please contact us with your Order ID:

Refund for Cancelled Orders

  • If your cancellation request is approved before shipment, a 100% refund will be processed to your original payment method.
  • Refunds are usually processed within 5–7 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Non-Cancellable Orders

The following orders cannot be cancelled:

  • Orders that have already been shipped.
  • Customized or personalized products (if applicable).
